To express my belief in
Jesus being fully human and fully divine, I depicted
His corpus as if on the cross to symbolize His full
humanity and rendered His corpus in radiant gold to
represent His full divinity. The traditional
medieval color scheme pays homage to our rich
history of iconography, echoing the sacred art of
centuries past.
