This abstract
spiritual original painting about Pentecost is a
contemporary icon of Acts 2:1-4. At the top is a
white dove-like shape symbolizing the Holy
Spirit and white tongues of fire coming from
above in a rather traditional symbolic way. In
sharp contrast, the large areas of red are
contemporary abstract tongues of fire and
descend all the way down to enlighten each of us
here on earth. Thus expressing the theology of
the Holy Spirit coming for all of us
today---right here and now!
