SCRIPTURAL STATIONS OF THE CROSS

Exhibit in Springfield, Virginia

Stations of the Cross, also known as the Way of the Cross, is an ancient devotional traditional recalling the Passion of Christ. In 1991, Saint John Paul II wrote alternative Stations of the Cross focusing on fifteen biblical events.

My traveling exhibit, The Stations of the Cross, debuted at Corpus Christi Anglican Church, Springfield, Virginia. They rented the art for Lent.

They were included in my exhibit, The Way, at the Basilica of Saint Mary, Minneapolis, Minnesota. After which, they purchased them for their permanent collection.
